 We also do breed and (were showing Chartreux) we occasionally do have kittens available. 

REMINDER; if you wish to book a private appointment to discuss kittens/cats, let me know ahead of the show date to get you in. I will have you meet me in the lobby at the hotel, I reserve 30 minutes per meeting and can sometimes extend it if you have alot of questions. I will only allow for two meetings per day, as showing can be very busy and also tiring. You can still come by and meet me or stop by to say hi during the show, its just sometimes difficult to spend as much time with you as I would like during the busy show day!

 If anyone has been contacting me in regards to kittens, I cannot stress enough the importance of filling out an application, if you are approved you must contact me by phone and YOU MUST put a deposit down in order to hold a kitten or the next available one. I cannot reserve kittens without deposits, it is far too difficult to keep track. If you are on the PAID reserve and you see something that you like on the kittens available page, contact me and we can possibly put you on for that particular one.

Please note; we reseserve the right to keep a kitten that shows potential for our breeding program at anytime, we breed first and foremost for our cattery, to try and better the breed. We do try and keep a kitten to show and may than offer it once he/she has been shown for awhile. We do this to show our very own PRAIRIEBABY kittens, in order to show what we can produce to people that come to shows to see our babies. We also want to ensure that we are keeping up with the Maine Coon standard as best as we possibly can, in both looks and personality. Although, at shows especially in Canada, we do ask that you make a private appointment prior to the show in order for me to give to you my undivided attention in speaking to you in person about our wonderful cats. I am really particular on whom I sell our kittens to, as you should expect any reputable breeder to be.

ADULTS AVAILABLE: if you are looking for a retired adult you may contact us, we do have a wait list for retirees but, would be happy to chat with you on what we may have coming available.

 Prices for NON poly pet kittens is $1600 for females plus hst  1800 plus hst for males, and POLY pet kittens are 2000 plus hst. Silvers, browns, and smokes, prices start at 1800.00 plus hst. Only a deposit can guarantee your reservation. Once you have filled out an application and you are approved, in order to go onto our wait list you MUST put a deposit down (all deposits are non refundable unless cancelled by the breeder).  Please note that Prairiebaby reserves first right to reserve any kitten first and foremost for our program, kittens may have 2nd reserve. We will hold kittens back to show starting at 4 months and later release them to 2nd reserves. They are sometimes priced as pets or will be offered at a higher amount depending on status/recognition.
